Thanks to Crazy, volunteering with his excavator, we commenced stage 1 of repairing our halls foundations. With a strong foundation we can do great things.
Saving our hall… Putting words into action.
Mount Eccles Hall committee recently presented their Draft Management Plan to SGSC Councillors along with five other community organisations who are part of the SGSC Community Planning Network. The purpose of the presentation was to brief Councillors on what stage each community organisation is at with their plan, and how communities have engaged in the process.
The Hall committee would like to thank those who provided feedback and suggested actions to be included in our management plan, which have been included in the draft. The draft management plan will be forwarded to DELWP for their comment before being finally adopted by the Hall committee and available to the community.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful morning. Great weather, great coffee and even greater company. We are truly the lucky country. From Mt Eccles to all of our friends and supporters, we wish you a safe and wonderful week.
We would also like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land. We pay our respects to the Elders, past, present and future, and continually recognise the contribution of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and organisations in land and natural resource management.
